Made in Italy with our bronze crafting method, Al Bronzo pasta is made using one of our original methods of pasta-making. This time-honored technique creates a uniquely textured, porous surface that effortlessly clings to every drop of sauce for more flavor in every bite. Mezzi Rigatoni means “half rigatoni.” It is similar to traditional Rigatoni in that it has the same heartiness, but is smaller in size. Try this pasta with a Bolognese sauce, your favorite vegetables, seafood, or in a baked casserole known as “pasta al forno.”

Cooking Notes: Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil; add salt. Add pasta and cook for 15 minutes for al dente pasta. For more tender pasta, cook an additional 1-2 minutes. Drain and serve. Reserve 2-3 tablespoons of pasta water to add to your sauce. This helps the sauce cling to the pasta.
