Directions
Chicken verde enchiladas. 20 min. Makes 6-8 enchiladas. Here's what you'll need. Tortillas 6-8 corn tortillas. Chicken 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken. Cheese 1 cups shredded cheese (monterey jack). Flavor 1 pouch arriba classic green enchilada sauce + cooking oil. Let's get cooking 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush tortillas with oil, wrap in a damp paper towel, and microwave for 1 minute. 2 mix chicken with 1/2 cup cheese. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup filling, roll, and place seam-side down in an 8 square baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over and top with remaining cheese. 3 bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
