Directions
Let's Get Cooking: 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush tortillas with oil, wrap in a damp paper towel, and microwave for 1 minute. 2 Mix chicken with 1/2 cup cheese. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup filling, roll, and place seam-side down in an 8 in square baking dish. Pour Enchilada Sauce over and top with remaining cheese. 3 Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
