Cook thoroughly. Microwave Preparation (Recommended): 1. Remove carton. 2. 2.5 min place tray in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. 3. Peel off film and stir thoroughly. 4. 2.5 min cook for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds. 5. 1 min. stand for 1 minute. 700 W: 7 min. 900 W: 6 min. 1000 W: 5 min. 1200 W: 4 min. Conventional Oven Preparation: 1. Remove carton. 2. Place tray in a preheated oven at 360 degrees F. 3. Cook for 15 minutes, then carefully peel back the film, avoiding the steam. Stir thoroughly, then place the film loosely back over the tray. 4. Cook for another 15 minutes. 5. Stand for 1 minute. Always cook from frozen. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Caution: For food safety and quality, food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Serve piping hot. Keep frozen. Keep frozen at 0 degrees F. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
