Pasta Ingredients: Organic Durum Wheat Semolina, Pasteurized Organic Whole Egg, Water, Organic Turmeric (for Color), Filling Ingredients: Organic Ricotta Cheese (Organic Milk Whey, Pasteurized Organic Milk, Salt), Organic Breadcrumbs (Organic Wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt), Organic Provolone Cheese (Pasteurized Organic Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet), Organic Emmenthal Cheese (Pasteurized Organic Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet), Organic Fontal Cheese (Pasteurized Organic Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet), Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Black Pepper.

Directions

Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add desired amount of frozen tortelloni to boiling water. 2. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the tortelloni from sticking together or to the pot. 3. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce. For food safety and best product quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Avoid overcooking. Microwave preparation is not recommended for this product. Keep frozen. If thawed do not refreeze.
