How to cook’em. Stove top: in a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, combine desired amount of vegetable and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. Drain: season to taste. Microwave: in microwave-safe dish, combine desired amount of vegetables and 1/4 cup water; cover, microwave (high) 4-8 minutes (Microwave oven vary; adjust cooking time accordingly) or until desired doneness, stirring through, lets stand 1 minute in microwave to complete cooking. Drain; season to taste. Cook thoroughly. Do not thaw and refreeze. Caution: product and container may be hot. For food safety and quality, follow the directions and cook thoroughly.
