Cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary the instructions are guidelines only. Microwave: 1. In microwave safe bowl, add 2 tablespoons water to entire package of cooked spinach. 2. Microwave covered on high 4-5 minutes, stirring one. Microwave cooking times vary based on wattage. Above cooking is based on a 1000 watt microwave. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Caution: Microwave dishes may become hot during cooking. Handle with care. Stove Top: 1. Fill a large saucepan with approximately 1 cup of water and bring to boil. 2. Remove spinach from bag and place into pan and bring to a second boil. 3. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until spinach is thoroughly cooked. Do not overcook. Drain and season to taste. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Promptly refrigerate leftovers.
