How to cook ‘em. Stove Top: Place desired amount of frozen green beans in 1/2 cups rapidly boiling water. Return to a boil, stirring gently, cover, reduce heat to medium, and heat gently, stirring occasionally. Drain, season to taste, and serve. Microwave: Place in 1 quart microwave-safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and cook on high for 6-8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Drain, season to taste, and serve. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary. Do nit microwave in bag. For food safety, cook to temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw and refreeze.
