Directions

Preparation Instructions: For best quality and food safety, follow these preparation instructions: keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Careful-product will be hot! Follow cooking instructions to make sure the mozzarella sticks have reached 165 degrees F, as measured by a food thermometer. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen mozzarella sticks (do not thaw) 1/2 inch apart on baking tray, parchment paper, or foil. Cook for 6-8 minutes, rotating halfway through, until crisp & golden brown. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place frozen mozzarella sticks (do not thaw) 1/2 inch apart in air fryer. Cook for 5-6 minutes until crisp & golden brown. Deep Fryer: Preheat canola or vegetable oil to 350 degrees F. Fry for 2-2.5 minutes until fully melted through. Drain on a towel or wire rack. Note: All ovens & air fryers vary in temperature. Use instructions as a guideline. Do not leave unattended while cooking to avoid burning. Product not intended for microwave preparation.
