Water, Enriched Parboiled Rice (Rice, Niacin, Iron [Ferric Orthophosphate], Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Seasoning (Dehydrated Vegetables [Onion, Red & Green Bell Peppers, Tomato], Salt, Garlic, Corn Meal, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Chicken, Spices, Saffron, Artificial Color [Including F.D. & C. Microwave Instructions: 1. Squeeze pouch to separate rice. 2. Open two (2) inches of top to vent heat. 3. Microwave Times: 1 pouch = 90seconds. 2 pouches microwave for 2.5 minutes. 4. Remove from Microwave using "cool touch" on unopened side of pouch. Skillet Instructions: 1. Squeeze pouch to separate rice. Pour into skillet. 2. Add 2 tbsp (30 ml) water. Stir occasionally until heated. Caution! Take care when handling hot pouch. Use Cool Touch zones. Refrigerate unused portion.
