Tuna Poke Bowl: Contains: soy. May contain: sesame.
From frozen to fresh tasting in 2 ways. How to enjoy: Hot tap water & microwave (1000w). Ready in 5-6 minutes. Peel film from rice bowl first, then heat on high for 90 seconds. Mix well. Submerge frozen, plant-based tuna in hot tap water for 5 minutes. Place heavy dish on top of pack to keep it down. Submerge sauce pack in same water for 1 minute. Remove both when fully thawed, add to the rice bowl and mix well. Let food rest, then dig in. Defrost & Microwave. Ready in 5-6 minutes. If pack is defrosted in fridge (several hours or overnight), peel film from rice bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Add plant-based tuna and sauce to the rice bowl and mix well. Let food rest before diving in. Keep frozen. Please do not defrost in your fridge. The best temperature for this food is 68 degrees - 85 degrees F. Once thawed, enjoy the Poke on the same day.
