Not ready to eat. From frozen, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or above for food safety and quality. Air Fryer (Most Delicious!): At 400 degrees F, cook 2 tenders for 12-14 minutes or all tenders for 13-15 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking. Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cook tenders on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-17 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking. Food should be crispy but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying. Keep Frozen: Ready to cook.
