Cooking Instructions on the hob: Allow approximately 250g/8.8 oz per person. Boiled: Add the mini gnocchi to a large pot of salted boiling water, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the mini gnocchi rise to the surface, drain well and serve immediately with your favorite sauce. Stir Fried: Melt 2.5 oz of butter in a non-stick pan, pour 17.6 oz of the mini gnocchi and cook for 4 minutes over medium heat. Raise the heat and cook for another 2 minutes until desired browning. Stir occasionally and serve immediately. Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated (+4 degree C/39 degree F) and use within 3 days.
