Roll place chilled dough on a floured surface. Roll to desired shape and thickness while flipping over and dusting frequently with flour. Tip: join pieces by dampening the border of one piece with water and overlapping the edge of another. . Thaw keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator 2-3 hours. Do not leave at room temperature after defrosting. Dough will keep up to two days in refrigerator. Bake bake on either a parchment lined or greased pan at 400° f, unless other temperature is specified. Test for doneness by looking at the bottom of the pastry. It should be well browned. Alternately, line a pie pan with pastry dough and bake per your recipe's instructions.
