1. Do not puncture or open bag prior to cooking. 2. Loosen vegetables in bag. 3. Place the bag in your microwave oven, this side up, and cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes (Note: Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time as necessary. For food safety, follow directions and cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F). 4. Carefully remove the bag from the microwave by handling at the corners and let sit for approximately 1 minute. 5. Carefully cut open the bag and remove the vegetables from the steaming pouch; season to taste and serve. Warning: The contents of this bag are hot - use extreme caution when handling. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw and freeze.
