Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen for best results, do not defrost. Enjoy scallops and sauce as is or serve over rice, pasta or vegetables. Saute/Skillet (Preferred Method) - Heat a 9-inch skillet on a medium heat. Empty frozen contents into the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then turn scallops over and continue cooking for another 7-8 minutes stirring occasionally. Be sure to cook scallops to an internal temperature of 130 degrees F. Bake - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Empty frozen contents into a baking pan and cover with aluminum foil. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 24-26 minutes. At 12 minutes, remove from oven, uncover and stir. Re-cover and finish baking for 12-14 minutes. Optional: For a final sear on the scallops, remove foil and place under broiler for 1 minute, each side or until the scallop starts to become golden brown. Oven temperatures may vary as much as 15 degrees F. Be sure to cook scallops to an internal temperature of 130 degrees F. Grill - Preheat a grill to 350 degrees F. Empty frozen contents onto aluminum foil. Fold aluminum foil over to create a leak proof pouch. Place aluminum foil package on grill area and allow cooking for 24-26 minutes with the grill covered. Optional: For a final sear on the scallop, remove from foil pack and place directly on the grill for 1 minute each side. Be sure to cook scallops to an internal temperature of 130 degrees F. Keep frozen. Do not freeze.
