Cook thoroughly. Cook frozen, no thawing necessary. Cooking Directions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Do not refreeze after cooking. Stove Top: Bring 1 cup of water to boil; add green beans and return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 7 to 9 minutes, or to desired tenderness. Stir occasionally. Drain, season to taste and serve right away. Microwave (1200 watt): Microwave cook times may vary depending on oven wattage. Pour green beans and 2 tablespoons water into microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir and cook an additional 4 to 6 minutes or to desired tenderness. Allow to cool 2 minutes, season to taste and serve. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable.
