Cooking Instructions: Pour desired amount of Bartenura gnocchi into 4 qts rapidly boiling, slightly salted water. Boil 3-4 minutes or until gnocchi float to top. Stir occasionally. Drain. Remaining uncooked gnocchi should be sealed in a plastic bag and placed in freezer. Do not cook in pouch. Freshly vacuum packed. Needs no refrigeration.
