A green China tea produced in the time-honoured way. Freshly picked jasmine flowers are added to the tea and left overnight to infuse. In the morning the flowers are removed, but the fragrance of jasmine remains on the tea. It's a delightful way to enjoy the benefits of green tea. For the perfect cup add water just under the boil and infuse for 2-3 minutes. Store in a cool dry place.
