Directions

Stovetop: Heat in a lightly oiled skillet on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated throughout. Barbecue: Oil each side lightly before putting on the grill. Heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated throughout. Conventional or Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place patty on a baking sheet. Bake for 4-5 minutes. Flip. Bake for 4-5 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Microwave Oven: Remove from overwrap and place one or more patties in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave one patty for 1 minute. Increase cooking time 50-60 seconds for each additional patty. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Directions: Ovens may vary. Cook from frozen. These veggie burgers are fully prebaked. Please do not overcook. Overcooking will make them to dry. Perishable. Keep frozen.
